Free Tabs and Online JEE-NEET Coaching for OBC Students by Mahajyoti – Register by May 31

Pune, 17th May 2025: The Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Research and Training Institute (Mahajyoti), under the Government of Maharashtra, has announced a golden opportunity for students from the OBC, VJNT, and SBC categories. As part of a new initiative, selected students will receive 18 months of free online coaching for the JEE and NEET 2027 exams along with a branded 8-inch tablet for personal use.

18 months of free online coaching for JEE/NEET

Free branded tablet for each student

6 GB of daily free internet data

Complete access to study material and test series for JEE/NEET

Eligibility Criteria:

Must have passed Class 10 in 2025

Minimum 70% marks for urban and 60% for rural students

Must be enrolled in Class 11 Science stream

Required Documents:

Aadhaar Card

Domicile Certificate

Caste Certificate

Non-Creamy Layer Certificate

Class 10 Marksheet

Bonafide Certificate

Disability/Orphan Certificate (if applicable)

How to Apply: Students must register at mahajyoti.org.in by May 31, 2025.

Special Reservation: 30% of the seats are reserved for girls. Selection will be based on Class 10 marks, category, and reservation rules.

Prof. Divakar Game, former director of Mahajyoti and State Vice President of Mahatma Phule Samata Parishad, encouraged eligible students to take advantage of the scheme, especially those from rural and economically weaker backgrounds. He also urged science faculty members to assist students in completing the registration process.
