From Conversations to Collaborations: Dream Works Realty’s ‘Chai Pe Charcha’ in Pune
Pune, 17th August 2026: Business owners and professionals from different industries came together at X90 Premium Studios, Baner, for Chai Pe Charcha, a business meetup organised by Dream Works Realty, Bavdhan.
Chai Pe Charcha is a business meetup event, with business owners and givers getting a chance to interact one-on-one, expand their enterprises and discover new opportunities.
The event was attended by professionals from several industries and walks of life, including Varsha Sachin Kadam, CEO, School of Bakery and Culinary Arts; Jalvi Diwanji, Zonal Head, Urban Money Pvt. The agenda of the event was for business owners to pitch their businesses and USPs to the attending guests, while also getting an opportunity to interact with other professionals and discuss possible business collaborations.
Guests and Business Founders who attended the event included Sagar Mutha, Concept Designer and PMC, X90 Premium Studios; Ria Mutha, Architect; and Chaitanya Raje, Co-founder of Urban Nest Inside Magazine, a realty ecosystem magazine dedicated to spotlighting real estate, architectural and interior designing projects happening across the city.
The event also saw discussions around potential partnerships between the attending members and guests, with the interactions resulting in three confirmed leads.
According to Viraj Bhagwat, Associate Partner at Dream Works Realty and one of the evening’s organisers, “Our expectations were set on helping our members and guests connect with the people who can collaborate and create the best possible results. X90 Premium Studios, the venue for the event in Baner, is a series of studio apartments with ‘ready for possession’ units. The studios provide occupants with interiors and cost-effective construction.
