GenNext 9.0 Filmfest receives a very good Response

Pune, 21 September 2017: Goethe Institut/Max Mueller Bhavan Pune recently organized the Gen Next 9.0 Film Festival from 19th to 21st September 2017 at NFAI, Pune. The festival was inaugurated at the hands of Ms. Heidi Wetz-Kubach, Director, Goethe Institut, Pune. Savita Apte, Head of Language Department, Goethe Institut, Pune, Shivali Gore, Project Coordinator, PASCH and Naina Pawar, Project Assistant, PASCH were present on the ocassion.

 

The festival showcased movies including  Hilfe, Ich hab meine Lehrerin geschrumpft  , Conni & Co, Rico, Oskar und der Diebstahlstein. Two screenings of the movies were held daily followed by a quiz session after every movie screening.  The toppers will be felicitated.

 

Around 1800 students from the 9 PASCH schools including Muktangan High School & Junior College, Loyola High School & Junior College, Symbiosis School and Jr.College, Ness Wadia College of Commerce, DES/Fergusson College, St. Vincent’s High School & Junior College, Abhinav High School, Sir Parashurambhau College and Modern High School & Junior College from Pune participated in the film fest.

 

The film fest after Pune will go to cities like Trivendram , Dhaka , Bengaluru, Colombo , Kathmandu , Chandigarh , Kolkatta , Hyderabad , Delhi, Chennai etc.
