Guardian Developers wins two prestigious awards at first India International Real Estate Awards
Pune, April 20: City based ‘Guardian Developers’ has been honored in the first ever India international ‘Golden Brick Award 2016’ held recently at Dubai. The group has won this award in the segment of ‘Emerging Developer of the year (Regional)’. Along with this, Eastern Meadows’, the most sought after project of Guardian Developers has also won another award in the segment of ‘Outstanding Project of the year (Regional)’.
More than 300 Top Real Estate brands from PAN INDIA had filed the nominations for this Award in regional and national categories. Globally Renowned Audit Agency Synovate Cananda was hired by the organisation to set the parameters and a thorough audit was conducted by a panel of jury which included industry experts from across the globe.
