Hero to Launch Stylish and Powerful Xoom 125R Scooter in India
New Delhi, February 9, 2024: Responding to the overwhelming preference for bikes and scooters by Indian consumers, Hero is gearing up to launch its new scooter, the Hero Xoom 125R, in India soon.
The Hero Xoom 125R promises to be a stylish and robust scooter, showcased alongside the Hero Xoom 160 at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2024 by Hero Motocorp.
While the exact price of the Hero Xoom 125R in India is yet to be disclosed by Hero Motocorp, media reports suggest that it could range between ₹85,000 to ₹90,000 (ex-showroom). As for the launch date in India, although Hero has not officially announced it, sources indicate a possible launch in March 2024.
The Hero Xoom 125R boasts an attractive design with twin LED DRLs and an H-shaped LED tail light. It features angular body panels and sporty graphics, enhancing its overall appeal.
The scooter doesn’t just look stylish; it packs a punch in terms of performance. It comes equipped with a BS6 2.0 compliant 125cc engine from Hero, capable of generating 11 to 12 bhp of power and 10 Nm of torque. With a mileage of around 60 mph, it offers a balanced performance for urban commuting.
The Hero Xoom 125R is loaded with advanced features such as a digital instrument cluster, tubeless tyres, disc brakes, automatic CVT transmission, USB charging port, and call/SMS alerts, making it a compelling choice in the scooter segment.
