Highlighting the surge in traffic, the official handle of the Highway Traffic Police, Maharashtra, disclosed, “The Mumbai Pune Expressway has witnessed a remarkable surge in vehicular movement due to the extended three-day holiday from December 23 to 25, coupled with school and college closures. It’s imperative for commuters to assess the traffic conditions beforehand and commence their travels accordingly.”
