Indian Army Rescues 1500 People in Manipur, Provides Relief and Shelter
Imphal, 8th May 2023: In a remarkable display of courage and compassion, the Indian Army successfully carried out a rescue operation in Langol, Manipur, saving the lives of approximately 1500 individuals.
The Sikh Regiment played a pivotal role in providing immediate medical assistance, food, and shelter to the distressed people who were stranded in the area. Notably, the relief efforts extended to the students of the Mary Kom Regional Boxing Foundation, ensuring their well-being and safety.
