iNFHRA’s 2nd Corporate Excellence Conference and Awards Highlights
Pune, 16th May 2025: iNFHRA, the leading PAN-India association for Workplace, Facilities, Administration, HR, and Transport professionals, successfully held its 2nd edition of the Corporate Excellence Conference and Awards on May 16, 2025, at the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Pune.
A highlight of the event was the felicitation of Shri Amitesh Kumar IPS, Commissioner of Police, Pune City, for his outstanding efforts in good governance within the Pune region. Both iNFHRA and the corporate community recognized his significant contributions.
During his insightful keynote address, Commissioner Kumar touched upon vital subjects including women’s safety, visible policing, and the importance of mental health training and well-being within organizations. He also outlined the need for robust SOPs for security checks and urged corporations to collaborate closely with the Police Department by forming area-wise groups to promptly highlight local issues.
His remarks were particularly impactful and resonated deeply with the audience. The Commissioner also took questions from attendees, addressing concerns related to road safety, traffic management, and public celebrations on roads, stating that strict action would be taken against infractions.
