Ishwari Deshpande And Shubham Dedge From Pune Dies As Their Car Plunges In Baga Creek In Goa
Pune/Goa, 20th September 2021: Two persons from Pune died in a tragic accident in which their car sank in Baga creek at Hadfade in Bardez taluka in North Goa district.
The accident happened today at around 5.30 am. Both the bodies were pulled out of the water by the Pilerne fire brigade.
The deceased have been identified as Shubham Dedge (28) and Ishwari Deshpande (25). The car hit a tree and fell in the creek near the Park River Hotel.
After the accident, the girl in the vehicle called for help to save, eyewitnesses at the scene said. However, no one was able to help as it was early morning.
The incident was reported to the Pilerne fire brigade and the jawans rushed to the spot. But, the jawans could not save the two. The fire brigade broke the locks of the vehicles and pulled out their bodies. The police took the car out of the creek with the help of a crane.
