Join Indian Army: New Online Registration Process and Qualification Criteria explained to Youth at Satara Outreach Programme

Pune, 29th April 2023: ZRO Pune and Army Rtg Office Kolhapur organised an Outreach Programme at Yashwantrao Chavan Institute of Science (YCIS), Satara today to reach out to the defence aspirant youth of the region who are eligible to join the Indian Army. 

During the programme, the Candidates were explained in detail various modes of entry, qualification criteria and the new online registration process as given in www.joinindianarmy.nic.in. The event also aimed to educate the audience about the transformational changes that have been introduced by the Indian Army with effect from this year to add technology and transparency to the recruitment procedure. A large number of NCC Cadets and Students from various Schools, Colleges, ITIs and Poly techniques attended the programme. 

There was great enthusiasm and interest displayed by the attendees. Students exhibited keen interest during the interaction and were highly motivated to join the Indian Army. Such outreach events are being regularly conducted by the Indian Army to reach out to its people. It has always being the endeavor of the Indian Army to conduct fair and transparent recruitment process, duly upholding its high ethos and principles.
