Khadki: 23 new COVID cases reported today, 14 discharged

Pune, 17 July 2020: With 23 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) cases today, the total tally of positive patients reached 428 in Khadki Cantonment Board (KCB) area. Out of 428, a total of 253 people have been cured while 16 have died.

 

According to KCB, there are still 159 active patients undergoing treatment. 67 of them are admitted to Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Cantonment General Hospital in Khadki, while others are admitted in different hospitals in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad. There are 245 people under home quarantine while 971 have completed the quarantine period.

 

According to PCMC, the total number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 9790 out of which 5900 have been cured while 162 have died. 3109 active patients are still undergoing treatment. There are 279 non-PCMC residents currently admitted in PCMC. Till now 49 non-PCMC residents have died while 455 have been cured.

 

In Maharashtra, a total of 2217 patients were discharged while 8308 new Covid-19 cases were reported today. 258 people died due to Coronavirus in the state. The current count of COVID19 patients in the state of Maharashtra is 2,92,589 informed State Health Minister Rajesh Tope.

 

According to the state health department, 1,60,357 patients have been cured. As of today, there are 1,20,480 active cases in the state. The recovery rate in the state is 54.81% while the fatality rate in the state is 3.91%.

 

According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 1,00,3832 across the country. Out of this, 635,756 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 25,602 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 3,42,473 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
