Khadki: 6 New COVID Cases Reported Today, 18 discharged
Pune, 14 September, 2020: With 6 new Coronavirus Disease (COVID19) cases today, the total tally of positive patients reached 1386 in the Khadki Cantonment Board (KCB) area. Out of 1386, a total of 1163 people have recovered while 36 have died.
According to KCB, there are still 187 active patients undergoing treatment. 21 of them are admitted to Khadki Cantonment Hospital, while others are admitted in different private hospitals in Pune and Pimpri Chinchwad. 59 patients in home isolation. According to KCB officials, after a positive case is detected, the house/locality is declared as containment zone in civil area. However, the Army takes preventive measures in establishments under its control.
Across Maharashtra, 15,789 people got discharged from hospitals while 17,066 new cases and 257 deaths were reported today. The total number of COVID cases has reached 10,77,374 out of which 7,55,850 people have recovered and 29,894 have died. There are 2,91,256 active cases.
According to the Union Health Ministry, the number of Coronavirus positive patients has reached 48,46,427 across the country. Out of this, 37,80,107 have been cured and discharged from hospitals while 79,722 people have died and one patient has migrated out of the country. There are still 986,598 active patients undergoing treatment in hospitals across the country.
