Khadki: Doctors Appointed For Video Consultation For COVID Patients In Home Isolation

Pune, 5th May 2021: Now Coronavirus disease (COVID19) patients in home isolation in Khadki Cantonment area can consult doctors through video call, voice call  or WhatsApp chat.

The Khadki Cantonment Board (KCB) has appointed doctors who will be available for two hours daily from 10 am to 12 pm.

KCB CEO Pramod Kumar Singh said, “Available Doctors will take primary information and health status of patients /caller in prescribed format and thereafter suitably advise concerned patients/caller. Doctors may show the medicine during Video Call for a better understanding of the patient.

Symptomatic and Asymptomatic persons may call to resolve their query and can take medical guidance so that preventive measures can be taken at a very initial stage.

Doctors can be consulted through video-calling by any patient and get their medical examination from home without coming out in open. The patient need not be Covid positive, even a patient with probable development of any of the symptoms of Coronavirus disease can consult. Doctors will be available for WhatsApp video consultation through any of the registered mobile numbers of the patient who has undergone RT-PCR tests at Cantonment Hospital, Khadki.”
