KMP Aspire FC Top State Youth League, Win U-15 Girls Group Stage

Pune, 25th February 2025: Aspire FC added a huge feather to their cap by winning the group stage of the Maharashtra State Youth League – Under 15 girls at the Sinhagad Sports Complex, Lonavala.

As a result of winning the group stage of the tournament conducted by the state body – Western India Football Association, Aspire FC qualified as a Top-4 teams for the Super 4 round. The Super 4 is also scheduled to be played at Lonavala in March.

Playing as KMP Aspire FC the team topped the group stage of the Maharashtra State Youth League and finished on top of the 7-team league totalling 15 points.The tournament was played in an all-play-all format, on a 35 minute per-half duration.

At end of the league, Aspire FC (15 points; 5 wins and 1 loss) finished equal on points with Young Masters Community Club, Palghar.

However, the head-to-head between both teams favoured Aspire FC. By finishing with (22 Goals Scored; 2 Goals Against) Aspire FC ended with a +20 Goal Difference, two better than YMCC, Palghar who had 22 GS and 4 Goals Against and a +18 Goal Difference.

For Aspire FC, Ipsita Gawari and Sharvari Mane (6 goals each) top scored, Anushree Deolalikar, Thea Fernandes (3 goals each), Samiksha Sable (2 goals) and Mishka Arun (1 goal)
