Know About New DCPs Of Pune City Police
Pune, 15th November 2022: The Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) who newly joined the Pune City Police has been posted under the Pune Police Commissionerate. Officers have been allocated zones and some officers have also been transferred. This includes nine officers and seven of these officers have newly arrived in the city.
Sandeep Singh Gill, who has recently joined Pune Police, has been given the responsibility of Zone One. Smartana Patil has been appointed as the head of zone two, Suhail Sharma as the head of zone three, Shashikant Borate as the head of zone four, and Vikrant Deshmukh as the head of zone five.
Apart from this, Srinivas Ghadge, who is currently working as DCP of the Crime Branch, has been transferred to Economic Offences Wing. Amol Zende, who came to the city on transfer, has been appointed in his place. Vijayakumar Magar will have the responsibility of the Traffic Branch. Rohidas Pawar, who is the head of Zone 4, has been given the responsibility of the headquarters. Police Commissioner Amitabh Gupta has issued orders in this regard.
