Kohinoor Group-Pune introduces ‘Price Guarantee’ Scheme to prospective home buyers up to June 30, 2017

The offer assures the buyers that in case of any drop in its property rates happen before 30th June 2017, the company would refund the difference in rates to the home buyer. This move will help home buyers who are uncertain on the property rates and are waiting for a correction in property prices to take a decision.
With the announcement of Demonetization, there has been virtual slowdown and expectation of price fluctuation which might erode the investment value. Also, with the advent of RERA and GST, the real estate sector is expected to go through a transformational phase, which could have certain effects on the pricing and demand.
