Kumar Utsav 2023: Pune’s Grand Celebration of Odia Culture
Pune, 7th November 2023: On November 4th, 2023, the Odia Sanskrutika Parishad in Pune orchestrated a grand cultural event called “Kumar Utsav 2023,” showcasing the vibrant Odia culture. With over 2000 families from the Odia community in Pune and nearby cities in attendance, the event was a resounding success.
Distinguished guests, including the Hon’ble Minister of Odisha (Science & Technology), Ashok Panda, Ramdas Dabhade, Ex-Sarpanch of Wagholi and Social Worker, and Vishwajeet Kaingade, Senior Police Inspector of Lonikand Police Station, graced the occasion.
The event featured captivating performances by talented artists from Pune and Odisha, highlighting the cultural prowess of the community. Attendees were also treated to a delicious array of Odisha’s local delicacies.

Organized by the youthful Odia Sanskrutika Parishad, the event was not only a cultural celebration but also a culinary journey. The evening concluded with a Vote of Thanks from the committee members, expressing gratitude to everyone involved in making Kumar Utsav 2023 a memorable success.
