Landscape Designer Mahesh Nampurkar honored with International ‘A Design Award’

Pune, July 16, 2018: City’s renowned landscape designer and architect, Mahesh Nampurkar has been conferred with the prestigious and internationally known ‘A Design Award’. Along with three ‘A Design Awards’, Nampurkar’s distinctive landscape design has also won a silver and a bronze medal in this international competition. His design compositions were considered magnificent from over 9500 other designs competing from around the world.

The award was recently given to Mahesh Nampurkar and Uma Nampurkar, interior designer at a glorious ceremony held in Como, Italy. In this competition, more than 32 judges from different countries selected the winners after analysing them at three difficult levels. By winning this competition, Nampurkar have made Pune proud and added another feather in its cap.
While expressing his joy, Mahesh Nampurkar said, “This award has shown that we do not lack behind in the creation of heart-rending, beautifying and quality artwork. I dedicate this award to all the Punekars who strive for excellence. Our company ‘Suman Shilp’ is the first Indian institution to get recognition and award for beautifying the landscapes. I thank my entire team of Suman Shilp.”
Mahesh Nampurkar was awarded for his landscape designing at 38 Park Majestique in Pune, Yashomala Farms and Tourism in Roha, Dr. Sanjay Patil’s farmhouse in Kolhapur, Sai Samarth Project’ in Punavale, Ravet and Avadh Heliconia in Vapi (Gujarat). ‘A Design Award and Competition’ is organized at an international level with an aim to boost and reflect the utility, modernity and qualitative and skilful design related to various areas of life.
