Pune, 10th February 2024: The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has extended the deadline for ‘FASTag’ users to complete the ‘e-KYC’ update until February 29, offering relief to drivers. Those who fail to update their ‘FASTag’ e-KYC by the specified date risk deactivation, leading to the imposition of double toll charges.

To check the status of your ‘FASTag’ e-KYC update, visit fastag.ihmcl.com. Log in using your registered mobile number and password or OTP. Navigate to the ‘My Profile’ section on the dashboard and provide accurate details to determine the status of your e-KYC update.

Follow these steps to complete the e-KYC process:
1. Visit the FASTag website.
2. Enter your registered mobile number.
3. Input your password or OTP.
4. Go to the ‘My Profile’ section and select the KYC tab.
5. Fill in your address and other required details.
6. Once these steps are completed, your ‘e-KYC’ process will be finalized.

Ensure you have the following documents ready for the e-KYC process:
– Vehicle Registration Certificate
– Passport Size Photo
– Either Driving License, PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, or Voter Card
