Lexus India’s Third Meraki-Inspired Showroom Opens in Pune
Pune, 17th April 2023: Lexus India has expanded its dealership network in India by opening a new experience center in Pune. The showroom is designed with a blend of traditional and modern elements, reflecting Japanese architectural styles like Genkan, Engawa, and Tatam. Inspired by the brand’s signature Meraki style, this is the third such center in India, the others being located in Gurgaon and Coimbatore.
The aim is to elevate the guests’ luxury experience and celebrate the unique and amazing Lexus journey. The carmaker is now present in 16 cities with 23 touchpoints across India. In addition, Lexus recently introduced the Lexus Virtual Dome, a state-of-the-art virtual guest experience center hosted on its official website. According to Naveen Soni, President of Lexus India, this expansion aligns with the brand’s vision of Omotenashi and guest preferences.
