Punekar News's photo.Paris: Two days after brutal terror assault which killed over 127 persons in Paris, normalcy returned on Sunday with people coming out on street for buying essential commodities.

“Paris is known for its night life and music around the tables during the weekends and there was no difference on Friday until 8 pm when I reached home. Everything seems normal until then and after sometime news broke out that there has been shoot out at stadium and some 18 people are killed. Hearing this shocking news my senses were stunned for a moment. With a sound of so many Ambulance and cops vehicle, I got a feeling that something was unusual tonight. Within few hours we got to know a shocking terror attack has took place in Paris claiming dozens of lives. There was sense of fear whole night. One incident had occurred just few metres away from my colleague’s (Saurabh Tiwari) home. Saurabh visited the site on Saturday and witnessed that lot of people/media reporters were standing near the barricade but there was Pin drop silence (silence of death) and sense of fear in everybody’s face. He described that it was horrifying experience. Today with emergency declared we are seeing all shops and markets closed and unusual vibes of fear/silence in the air. Paris was never silent like that,” said Amit Shukla, a techie working with a reputed software firm in Paris.

He said that people are going out to buy essential commodities as some shops have been opened to meet daily needs.
