Pune, 23rd April 2024: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced a change in venue for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s upcoming election rally with grand alliance candidates in Pune, Shirur, Maval, and Baramati. Originally scheduled to take place at SP College grounds, the meeting will now be held at the Race Course on April 29 in Pune. The decision to change the venue was made to accommodate the expected large turnout of attendees.

Polling for the Baramati Lok Sabha constituency is slated for May 7, while Pune, Shirur, and Maval constituencies will vote on May 13. Mahayuti candidates Sunetra Pawar, Murlidhar Mohol, Shivajirao Adhalrao Patil, and Shrirang Barne are contesting from these constituencies respectively.

Prime Minister Modi is set to address the crowd in Pune on April 29 at 7 pm. The BJP aims to ensure the presence of at least one lakh citizens at the meeting, with component parties like the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP), Shiv Sena, Republican Party of India (RPI), and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) mobilizing their workers for the event.
