Lonavala Heats Up at 38.1°C While Pune Prepares for Cloud Cover

Pune, 19th February 2025: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) reported that Shirur recorded the highest temperature in Pune district today at 38.7°C. Other areas also witnessed high temperatures, with Lonavala at 38.1°C, Talegaon at 37.6°C, and Koregaon Park at 37.5°C.

In other parts of the district, Lavale and Dudulgaon recorded 36.8°C, while Chinchwad, Magarpatta, and Dhamdhere saw temperatures around 36°C. Shivajinagar and NDA registered 35.8°C, Lohgaon recorded 35.7°C while Pashan and Wadgaon Sheri recorded 35.3°C and 35.0°C, respectively.

The lowest temperatures were reported in Nimgiri (32.6°C), Lavasa (32.7°C), and Bhor (32.7°C), indicating slightly cooler conditions in these regions.

February 23-25: Mainly clear sky, becoming partly cloudy in the afternoon or evening.
