Maharashtra: 33,914 New Covid-19 Cases, 86 Deaths Reported Today

Mumbai, 25 January 2022: 33,914 new Covid-19 positive cases in the Maharashtra today while 30,500 patients recovered and discharged today , 71,20,436 COVID-19 patients discharged after full recovery until today. The recovery rate in the state is 94.07%• 86 COVID-19 deaths reported in the state today. The case fatality rate is the state is 1.87%.

Out of 7,36,84,359 laboratory samples 75,69,425 have been tested positive (10.27%) for COVID-19 until today.

Currently 16,20,371 people are in home quarantine and 3,358 people are in institutional quarantine.

Today, 13 patients with Omicron infection have been reported in the state. All these cases have

been reported by B J Medical College.
