Maharashtra: 5108 New Covid Positive Cases Today, 4736 Patients Discharged

Mumbai, 26 August 2021: 62,52,150 COVID-19 patients discharged after full recovery until today, while 4,736 patients discharged today. The recovery rate in the state is 97.04%

• 5,108 new cases in the state today
• 159 COVID-19 deaths reported in the state today. The case fatality rate is the state is 2.12%.
• Out of 5,30,48,070 laboratory samples 64,42,788 have been tested positive (12.15%) for COVID19 until today.
• Currently 2,93,147 people are in home quarantine and 2,334 people are in institutional
quarantine.
