Maharashtra: Five Police Personnel Suspended For Raiding Raosaheb Danve’s Office Illegally

Jalna, 15th June 2021: Five police officers have been suspended for raiding the office of BJP leader and Union Minister, Raosaheb Danve in Jafrabad at Jalna. The police official said that the logging was done illegally without any warrant thus, the action had to be taken. The suspended officers include two police sub-inspectors.

The action was taken by Superintendent of Police Vinayak Deshmukh following a complaint by Danve. According to a complaint, the concerned police personnel raided the office on 11th June without a warrant and permission. He also alleged that the concerned police personnel had insulted and pushed the office staff.

During the interrogation, it was concluded that the police had taken illegal action. This was followed by a suspension from the Superintendent of Police on Monday. Among those suspended are, Sub-Inspector Yuvraj Pothare, Nitin Kakarwal, Police Head Constable Mangalsingh Solanke, Constables Shaban Tadvi, and Sachin Tidke.
