Maharashtra: Nanded’s Gurudwara Takht Shri Hazoor Sahib to Use All Its Gold to Build Hospitals, Healthcare Facilities

Nanded, 24th May 2021: Gurudwara Takht Sri Hazoor Sahib in Nanded city in Maharashtra has announced that it will release all the gold collected over the last 50 years to build a hospital and health care facilities so that no one has to travel to Hyderabad or Mumbai for medical studies or treatment.

Takht Jathedar Sant Baba Kulwant Singh shared this information by Tweeting, “Takht Hazoor Sahib, Nanded, in Maharashtra – One of the Five Takhts of SIKHISM, is releasing all the Gold collected over the last 50 years – to build Hospitals & Medical Colleges Aim – Nobody should have to travel to Hyderabad OR Bombay for Medical studies or Treatment!!!”

Takht Shri Hazoor Sahib Gurudwara holds great importance as it’s one of Sikhism’s five takhts. The Gurudwara authorities said that medical facilities will be constructed in Nanded so that people don’t have to move to other places to get treatment.

Gurdwaras and other Sikh organizations have come forward during this whole covid-19 pandemic to help people in the best way possible, they are leading society by the example of selfless service to the society and people.
