Maharashtra: Rain Along With Thunderstorm Predicted In Next 5 Days

Pune, 7th April 2021: Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), Mumbai has predicted that there is a possibility of thunderstorms associated with lightning in Maharashtra in the next five days.

Meanwhile, there is a slight rise in the maximum temperature across the State with Chandrapur recording 43.2 degree Celsius.

Rains at isolated are predicted in Konkan and Goa area on Friday while rain with thunderstorm and lightning at isolated predicted in Madhya Maharashtra and Vidarbha. While on April 10 and 11 thunderstorms and lightning rain are predicted in central Maharashtra, Marathwada, Vidarbha and Konkan and Goa. The rain activity will continue till April 11.

According to IMD, Pune the temperature in the city will hover between 38 to 40 degree Celsius with partly cloudy skies towards the afternoon.
