Pune, 5th June 2024: The Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (State Board) has announced that mark sheets for the Class 10 examination will be distributed to students on June 11 at 3 PM. This step allows students to proceed with their further admissions.

The State Board conducted the Class 10 examinations in March through its nine divisional boards, with results announced on May 27. This year marked a historic first, as the results were declared in May. The overall pass rate was 95.81 percent. The Konkan division achieved the highest pass rate at 99.01 percent, while the Nagpur division recorded the lowest at 94.73 percent. The pass rate increased by 1.98 percent compared to last year, which is likely to result in higher qualifying marks for admissions to Class 11 and other courses.

Following the result announcement, students and parents eagerly awaited the distribution of mark sheets. State Board Secretary Anuradha Oak issued a press release confirming that the mark sheets will be distributed on June 11. According to the schedule, divisional boards will hand over mark sheets and detailed records to secondary schools at 11 AM. The secondary schools will then distribute these mark sheets to students at 3 PM on the same day.

This timely distribution of mark sheets is crucial as it allows students to continue with their academic progression without delay.
