Maharashtra Teacher Aptitude Test Rescheduled: Now to Be Held in Two Phases

Pune, 24th May 2025: The Maharashtra State Examination Council has revised the schedule for the Teacher Aptitude and Intelligence Test, a mandatory exam for teacher recruitment conducted via the ‘Pavitra’ portal. The test will now be held in two phases — from May 27 to May 30 and from June 2 to June 5.
In an official press release, Commissioner Anuradha Oak stated that the earlier schedule (May 24 to June 6) has been modified to better accommodate candidates’ availability. A total of 2,36,591 applications were received, of which 2,27,229 have been accepted after removing duplicates and entries with incomplete fee payments.
Admit cards will be released soon, and candidates are advised to carefully follow the instructions provided in the information booklet available on the official website: www.mscepune.in, Oak added.
To avoid conflicts with other competitive examinations, the Council has gathered information regarding candidates’ schedules and allotted test dates accordingly. The results are expected to be announced by the end of June, officials confirmed.
