Maharashtra To Experience Rain Till May 5: IMD

Pune, 30th April 2023: The temperature has dropped everywhere in the state, and many places are reporting cloudy weather and unseasonal rain. The weather forecast for Vidarbha, Marathwada, and central Maharashtra except for Konkan and Goa will continue till next Friday (5th May) with thunder and lightning.

 

In the state, the maximum temperature continued to decrease at all places including Vidarbha and Marathwada.

 

Many places in the state recorded maximum temperatures above 40°C this month. Last week, the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted a drop in the maximum temperature of the state by about 2-4°C. Accordingly, a decrease in maximum temperature was recorded everywhere in the state.

 

Sangli in central Maharashtra recorded the highest maximum temperature of 36.1°C on Saturday. In Marathwada, Nanded recorded a maximum temperature of 34.4°C, while in Vidarbha, Gondia recorded a maximum temperature of 36°. Aurangabad recorded the lowest minimum temperature of 15.7°C on Saturday
