Maharashtra’s Recovery Rate Cross 92 Percent, Case Fatality Rate 2.63 Percent
Pune / Mumbai, 12 November, 2020: A total of 9,164 patients were discharged and 4907 new Covid-19 cases were reported in Maharashtra while 533 new cases were reported in Pune District yesterday. Yesterday, 125 COVID-19 deaths were reported in the state, Case fatality rate in the state is 2.63%. The current count of COVID19 patients in the state of Maharashtra is 17,31,833 informed State Health Minister Rajesh Tope.
According to the health department, 15,97,255 patients have been cured while the Case fatality rate in the state is 2.63%. As of yesterday, there are 88,070 active cases in the state. The recovery rate in the state is 92.23% while the fatality rate in the state is 2.63%.
Currently, 9,41,118 people are in home quarantine and 6,551 people are in institutional quarantine. Out of 96,00,328 laboratory samples, 17,31,833 have been tested positive (18.04%) for COVID-19 until yesterday.
