Mahesh Bhatt’s ‘Sadak 2’ Starring Alia Bhatt Among Most Disliked Video On YouTube

Pune, August 13, 2020: Since the demise of the actor Sushant Singh Rajput, Bollywood and netizens have been talking about the nepotism in the Indian film industry and how it has ruined many outsiders. Amidst all this, Alia Bhatt’s upcoming movie’s trailer has faced the brunt of angry netizens who have pledged to fight against nepotism in the industry.
The trailer of Sadak 2 was released on Wednesday and now it has become one of the most disliked videos on YouTube. Though the video has garnered 25 million views, the number of dislikes as of now stands at 7 million.
The movie has an impressive line-up of big names like Sanjay Dutt, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Pooja Bhatt. Despite this star cast, people seem to have disliked the trailer because netizens want to make people notice that they will not entertain nepotism anymore.
With the announcement of this movie, it has become a discussion on social media and there is a debate on outsiders versus insiders. Since Sushant’s demise, people on social media have been blaming the toxicity of nepotism as one of the reasons for his death.
The anger of the netizens was evident in the comment section of the video. One person commented, “This dislike button proves how much we hate nepotism.”
Another person commented, “Don’t count views. People are watching just to hit dislike. I boycott this propaganda movie.”
In the fight for justice for Sushant Singh Rajput, even people from other countries stand in solidarity for this movement. One netizen commented, “From Afghanistan. And I just pressed the dislike button. Justice for Sushant Sir.”
The film is scheduled to release on Disney+ Hotstar on August 28.
