Man Vandalises Vehicle Of Girl’s Father For Refusing His Proposal
Pune 12th Oct 2023: The Pimpri Chinchwad Police have booked a 27-year-old person for allegedly vandalising a vehicle of a girl’s father after she refused her proposal. The incident took place in the wee hours of October 10.
According to the complaint registered with police, the accused identified as Krishna Hanumant Pujari (27) had proposed to the complainant in the past and she had refused his proposal. He later vandalised the ambulance owned by the victim’s father at around 3 am on Tuesday and threatened to assault her father if she did not accept his proposal.
According to the victim, the accused followed in the Morwadi area in the past while she was going to job. He even forcefully tried to make her sit on his bike. A case under sections 354 (d), 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) has been registered at Pimpri Chinchwad Police in the matter and the accused has been arrested by the police. Further investigation in the matter is underway.
