Mumbai, 19th October 2022: The MHADA Pune board’s draw scheduled for 15th December was suddenly cancelled on Tuesday. It has been decided to draw lots with the new change and new computerized system, and it has also been decided to draw lots for Konkan and Pune Mandal simultaneously. But on this occasion, the confusion in the affairs of Mhada has come to the fore.

For the past four years, Mumbaikars have been waiting for the MHADA draw. But the Mumbai board does not seem to be going anywhere. However, as new changes are being made in the lottery process and a new computerized system is being developed, the Mumbai Board decided to conduct the lottery with new changes and a new system only after finalizing both these aspects. So the wait for Mumbaikars will be long.

Meanwhile, Mumbaikars can get a chance to buy houses in the Mumbai metropolitan region on the occasion of the Konkan Mandal draw. Therefore, the draw of Konkan Mandal is also important for Mumbaikars. But this lottery has also been stopped for a new change, a new system.

While the draw of Mumbai and Konkan Mandal was delayed, Pune Mandal announced the program of the draw of 3,930 houses on Thursday. The time of Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis was also taken for that. The schedule was also fixed. But now this draw has been cancelled on Tuesday. Pune Board Chief Officer Nitin Mane-Patil has confirmed this news. He said that with the new change and the new computerized system, the draw was postponed by ordering a combined draw for Pune and Konkan mandals. However, it is not yet clear how long it will take to finalize the changes in the drawing process and the new computerized system. So now the question of how many days and months will be delayed for Mumbai, Konkan and Pune Mandal has been raised and the aspirants have become confused.
