Millennium National School shines at Invitational Taekwondo Inter-School Competition

Pune, 24th January 2025: The Invitational Inter-School Taekwondo Competition organised by Yodhi Taekwondo Academy in Pune concluded with great enthusiasm recently. More than 350 students participated in the competition. Players from various schools displayed excellent skills and raised the bar of the competition. The competition was inaugurated in the presence of Versatile School founder Sanjana Nikam, Dr. Madhuri Chittevan, Principal, Dr. Kalmadi Shamrao School (Baner), Social Activist Swapnil Joshi, Narendra Nikam, Chairman, Yodhi Taekwondo Academy, Rajesh Pujari, Secretary, Yodhi Taekwondo Academy and national athlete Vijay Chavan.

The participants of the competition were Millennium National School, SPM English School, Versatile School, DES School, Muktangan English School, Dr. Kalmadi Shamrao School, Abhinav Vidyalaya English Medium, Bal Shikshan Sansthan, C. M. International School and Nucleus World School. The competitions were held in the White to Black Belt category in the weight categories of 16 to 70 kg. The students amazed the audience by playing with enthusiasm and determination. Millennium National School, SPM English School and Versatile School won the first, second and third prizes respectively in the competition. With the help of MLA Chandrakant Dada Patil, the tournament was successfully conducted due to the excellent planning and leadership of the coaches and organizers of Yodhi Taekwondo Academy. On this occasion Vinayak Bhandavkar, Santosh Shinde, Deepak Patil, Anil Balakwade, Dilip Dhene etc. were present. The competition was hosted by Ketaki Pujari.
