Miscreants vandalize 10 vehicles in Pimpri-Chinchwad
Nigdi, 12 August 2021: A group of five miscreants vandalized vehicles with axes and wooden sticks at Transport Nagar in Pimpri-Chinchwad. A total of 10 vehicles were damaged in the incident, including a truck and a mini truck (tempo).
The police have arrested three persons in connection with the incident.
The accused have been identified as Chokoba Shinde, Yash Hari Ghongade, Sandeep Premchand Golechha, Akash alias Chhotya Khadka and Tushar Shendge.
Five miscreants vandalized vehicles with scythes and wooden sticks in Transport Nagar in the Nigdi area on late Wednesday night, as per the information provided by the police.
Around 10 vehicles were damaged in the incident. The accused also forcibly took money from a few people.
From the last couple of days, incidents of vandalism had stopped in the area. However, the incident has again increased law and order problems for the police.
