MIT ADT University signed 25 MoU to expose students to industry

Pune, 11 October, 2020: To provide industrial exposure to the students and faculty of the MIT Art, Design & Technology University, Rajbaug, Loni Kalbhor, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the University and 1 International and 24 National Technologies Company here.

The MoU was signed by Prof. Dr. Mangesh Karad, Executive President, MIT ADT University, Mr. Girish Khilari, IEEE Chair Pune Section, Mr. Jadish Chaudhari, Vice Chair, IEEE Pune section, Mr. Nilesh Wankhede, Principal RTTC, BSNL Pune, Mr. Nitin Bavaskar, SDE, RTTC, BSNL Pune, Mr. Sudhir Tangri, Country General Manager, Key Sight Tech India, Bangaluru, Dr. Milind Acharya, Executive Director, Milman Thin Film Systems, Pune, Mr. Girish Todakaray, Manager Sales, Cotmac Electronics and 25 International and National Technologies Companies in the presence of Pune, Dr, Kishor Ranvde, Principle, MIT SOE, Dr. Verendra Shete, Vice Principal, MIT School of Engineering, Dr. Rajneesh Bedi, Dean, MIT SOE, Prof Suraj Bhoyar, University Manager, Prof. Monika Suraj Bhoyar, and faculty members.

 

MIT ADT University Department of Electronic & Commination signed MoU with IEEE Pune Section, BSNL Pune, Key Sight Tech India, Bangaluru, Milman Thin Film Systems, Pune, Cotmac Electronics, Edu Energy Consultants LLP Singapur, SPJ Embedded Tech, High Spirit Commercial Ventures, ni Logic, Pune, Elliot Systems, Pune, Aashay Measurements, Pune, Trident Tech Labs, Elmack Engg Services, Chennai, Vedam Lab, Solapur, Tech Smart Systems Pune, OM Exports, Pune, B.M. Electronics, Nashik, Electronics Study Centre, Nashik, Proceca Engineers & Automation, Hefshine Softwares, Automate Engineering, Pune, UBT Technology, Pune, AASA Technologies, Kalyan, Mumbai, Acclivis Technologies, Pune Engecture In Mumbai, PERI Solutions, Shivane, Pune.

 

MIT ADT University also set up the IEEE sponsored Affordable agriculture lab for the research work in the field of agriculture domain. The lab was inaugurated in presence of all industry delegates by Dr. Mangesh Karad.

Mr. Girish Khilari, IEEE Chair Pune Section said, we all come together and form the groups for goodwill in industry and academia. This facility would enable the students to gain employable skills during their course at the college and also help them to be aware of the latest tools and techniques at an affordable fee in order to be industry-ready at the end of their course he added.

Prof. Dr. Mangesh Karad said, that the university is committed to providing state of the art technologies and facilities to the students in collaboration with industries to make them better and employable engineers. Hence, the MoU will provide industrial exposure to the students and faculty of the college for guiding and enhancing them to upgrade to the new technologies, so as to develop products with the support and guidance from the company.

 

Prof. Dr. Virendra Shete said, that the tie-up with the 1 International and 24 National Technologies Company would also open up more employment avenues for the students and build their confidence to face real-time challenges. Those students would be trained in a systematic manner to improve their skills. The program aimed to provide strong fundamental engineering knowledge, engineering-related multiple technical skills, project management, and operational excellence.
