MIT student held for leaking engineering paper

Pune – Three days after first year engineering mechanics was leaked on social media minutes after the exam started, a student of MIT college has been detained.

Adarsh Ravindran, a second year student, was caught officials of the Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) and handed over to the police.

He had failed in the subject and appeared for backlog on Wednesday. He had arrived 15 minutes late at the exam centre and had carried the phone. After getting the paper, he clicked it’s photo and sent online.

The first year of mechanical engineering batch had appeared for the subject, engineering mechanics, from 10 am to 12 pm. The question papers had arrived at the centre in MIT, Kothrud at 9.40 am and after distribution at 10 am.
