Mithali Raj’s journey is inspirational to women and men across the world. Corcal Bone & Beauty, the health and beauty partner for women bows to these stories of inner strength. Giving priority to being healthy inside is the key to be truly beautiful outside, women from all walks of life were given the chance of a lifetime to walk the ramp along with other influencers for Corcal Bone & Beauty, each of them were chosen through online auditions”

Mithali Raj said, “The collaboration with Corcal Bone & Beauty is synonymous with my own belief of Beautifully Strong women. When you are strong and healthy on the inside, it reflects on the outside and shows your confidence. Being a sportsperson I focus a lot on my health. Payal’s ensemble was so comfortable and that is my style statement . I also loved the colours which also reflect Corcal bone & beauty brand colours.”

Designer Payal Singhal Collaborated with Corcal bone & Beauty for its #Beautifullystrong initiative where Corcal Bone & Beauty aimed to highlight and create awareness about the link between inner health and outer beauty in women. This year, Corcal Bone & Beauty celebrated all beautifully strong women with its #beautifullystrongatlfw contest. 5 lucky Indian women over the age of 30 got a chance to walk the ramp for designer Payal Singhal’s Spring Summer Collection at Lakmé Fashion Week.

Payal Singhal unveiled her SR 2020 Collection titled ‘Parvaneh’ (Persian for ‘Butterfly’) at Lakmé Fashion Week in association with Corcal Bone & Beauty, applauding the free-spirited wanderer as she sets off on her quest through life to be #BeautifullyStrong. Inspired by ‘Chrysalis’, the transitional state as a caterpillar blossoming into a butterfly, the collection expresses modernism through the language of traditional Indian art.

Bandhani, abla, ikat, kantha, kashida and gota patti were revisited with a cool present-day approach, to create an overall aesthetic that is very India modern and for the new age woman. There was an introduction of functional clothing like cross body dupatta bags and Indian athleisure. The silhouettes are also a crossover between the old and the new, while staying true to signature Payal Singhalcuts. Cue, modernised trousers, layered shararas, dhoti salwars, low crotch pants and churidaars with an ’80s bent. These have been teamed with short jackets in georgette, Chanderi and organza in a colour palette than spans across classic black and white punctuated with grey, rose pink, powder blue and turmeric yellow.

“I thank Corcal bone & beauty for bringing Mithali Raj as a showstopper for my show. To me she truly defines #beautifullystrong and is a role model to Indian women who should know that they can have it all! As a brand and a designer for modern Indian women, we always collaborate and support women achievers, women who balance so many responsibilities and inspire other women. Having Mithali Raj for the show this season with Corcal Bone and Beauty is the perfect collaboration” said Payal Singhal

True to the theme of #beautifullystrong, real women like Mitali Sagar – a renowned Fashion Influencer, Shaheen Abbas – Jewellery Designer, Shehnaz Treasurywala and UK Fashion Influencer Rohiny Belani walked the ramp for the show.
