More than 10,000 patients found in Maharashtra in the last 3 days

Mumbai, June 13, 2020: The number of Coronavirus patients in the country has increased to 3 lakh 9 thousand 603. On Friday, the maximum number of 11 thousand 314 patients increased and 388 people died on a single day. Maharashtra became the only state in the country with one lakh corona patients. There were 1 lakh, one thousand 141 patients, here. On Friday, 3493 new COVID patients were detected in the state. Earlier, 3607 were found infected on 11 June and 3254 on 10 June.

The Health Department of Maharashtra has so far analyzed 93 thousand 804 patients according to age. The maximum number of patients are aged between 31 to 40 years, which is 20.10% of the total number of patients in the state. Similarly, 17890 are between 21 and 30 years. At the same time, 3081 children up to the age of 10 were infected in the state.

On Friday, 3493 cases of COVID19 were found in Maharashtra and 127 patients died. More than 55 thousand infected have been found in Mumbai. NCP leader and cabinet minister Dhananjay Munde was also found positive. The number of patients in the state has increased to 1 lakh 1 thousand 141, out of which 49 thousand 628 are active cases. 3717 have lost their lives so far.

On the other hand, the number of patients recovering in the country is also increasing. Yesterday, 7259 patients recovered. Earlier on May 29, the maximum 11 thousand 736 patients were cured. The number of patients in Tamil Nadu has crossed 40 thousand. West Bengal became the 8th state in the country with 10 thousand patients.
