MoU Signed: Indian Army’s Southern Command and Sri Balaji University Collaborate on Education and Research

Pune, 15th September 2023: A ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MoU) between Headquarters Southern Command, Pune and Sri Balaji University, Pune has been signed on 15 September 2023, with an aim to encourage innovation, research, capability building, certification, technical incubation, joint projects, publication & patents, training, higher learning and distance education through various schools of Sri Balaji University, Pune besides sharing of knowledge resources and best practices with the Training Institutes of Indian Army.

The MoU was signed by Lt Gen Manjit Kumar Chief of Staff, Headquarters Southern Command, Pune and Professor B Parmanandan Chancellor Sri Balaji University, Pune (SBUP) in presence of MGGS (SD&CD), Headquarters Southern Command, Pune, Dr Gangadhar Shirude, Vice Chancellor, of the University alongwith Deans of various department.
