MP Amol Kolhe Extends Support To Stall Owners At Fashion Street And Chhatrapati Shivaji Market

Pune, 2 April 2021: Member of Parliament (MP) Amol Kolhe today made a surprise visit to Fashion Street and Chhatrapati Shivaji Market in Camp and patiently heard the grievances of the shopkeepers.
The parliamentarian promised all possible assistance and help to the stall owners who have been affected due to the massive fire that engulfed Fashion Street a few days ago and heard their grievances. The stall owners at Fashion Steet and traders at Chhatrapati Shivaji Market appreciated Kolhe’s efforts to visit them after the massive fire incident.
Kolhe said that the district administration has been looking into the issue and the process of preparing the panchnama has been sped and the shop owners will soon receive relief.
“I will extend all possible help to the stall owners at Fashion Street and Chhatrapati Shivaji Market in my capacity as an MP in their hour of difficulty. We will ensure that they are helped in every possible way,” Kolhe said.
Kolhe was accompanied by Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) Minority President Ikram Khan, Azim Gudakuwala, and other office-bearers of the party. The stall owners’ association also presented their issues before the MP who gave them a patient hearing. This was widely appreciated by all the citizens.
Khan said, “We have apprised the MP that CSR funds can be harnessed for the restoration work and both of us will co-ordinate with the corporates in this regard.”
