MP Dr Amol Kolhe tests positive for Covid-19 after second dose of vaccine
Pune: August 20, 2021: Nationalist Congress Party and Shirur constituency MP Dr Amol Kolhe has tested positive for Covid-19 despite taking both doses of vaccine.
Dr Kolhe through his Twitter account announced that he has tested positive but is recovering well. “I am taking every precaution. From last couple of days I had symptoms, so I conducted the RT-PCR test and it turned out positive. I have taken both the doses of vaccine but still I tested positive”.
“I am doing fine and taking treatment as per doctor’s advice. I have postponed all the programs. I appeal all those who have came in contact with me should get tested”, he said. He also said that people should avoid huge crowds.
