MSRTC Initiates Apprentice Recruitment Drive in Pune Division
Pune, 8th January 2024: The Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) has kickstarted the recruitment process for the post of Apprentice in Pune Division. To be eligible, candidates must have successfully completed their 10th-grade education and a course from a government-recognized Industrial Training Institute (ITI). The deadline for submitting applications for the ST Pune Division recruitment is January 22. As part of the Apprenticeship Recruitment, candidates from the Open Category need to pay Rs. 600, while those from the Backward Category need to pay Rs. 300. Interested candidates are required to submit a copy of the online application form to the Divisional Controller at ST Divisional Office, Shankarsheth Road, Swargate, Pune, from January 16 to 22, during office hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), from 10 am to 5:10 pm, as informed by Divisional Controller Kailas Patil.
The recruitment is open for various posts in the following departments:
1. Motor Mechanic Vehicle – 71 Posts – Candidates must have passed the 10th grade and completed the Motor Mechanic Course Exam from a government-recognized ITI.
2. Auto Electrician – 25 Posts – 10th Pass, with the Electrician Course Exam from a government-recognized ITI.
3. Motor Vehicle Body Builder – 32 Posts – 10th Pass, with the Sheet Metal Course Exam from a government-recognized ITI.
4. Mechanic Diesel – 26 Posts – 10th Pass, with the Mechanic Diesel Course Exam from a government-recognized ITI.
5. Welder – 20 Posts – 10th Pass, with the Welder Course Exam from a government-recognized ITI.
6. Painter – 4 Posts – 10th Pass, with the Painter Course Exam from a government-recognized ITI.
7. Mechanic (Air Conditioning) – 4 Posts – 10th Pass, with the Mechanical (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) Course Exam from a government-recognized ITI.
8. Turner – 4 Posts – Passed 10th, with the Turner Course Exam from a government-recognized ITI.
9. Bench Fitter/Fitter – 2 Posts – Passed 10th, with the Bench Fitter/Fitter Course Exam in a government-recognized ITI.
10. Computer Operator & Programming Assistant – 4 Posts – 10th Pass, with the Computer Operator Course Exam from a government-recognized ITI.
