Koregaon Park, 17th May 2026: The Pune Police have filed a supplementary chargesheet against Digvijay Patil, a shareholder of Amadea Company, in connection with the alleged Mundhwa land scam case involving irregularities in government land transactions.

Earlier, the police had filed a chargesheet against the main accused, Sheetal Tejwani. However, Digvijay Patil’s name was not included in the initial chargesheet. Following further investigation and scrutiny of documents related to the case, the police incorporated Patil’s name in the supplementary chargesheet and formally made him an accused.

According to investigators, Patil has been accused of irregularities linked to the purchase and transactions involving government land. He is a shareholder in Amadea Company and is also the cousin of MP Parth Ajit Pawar.

Police investigations reportedly revealed that Patil’s signatures appeared on documents related to the land transactions on behalf of the company. Based on this evidence, the supplementary chargesheet was filed against him.

Meanwhile, the court has granted bail to the prime accused, Sheetal Tejwani, in the case.
