NAREDCO MAHI Strengthens Indo-Singapore Real Estate Collaboration Through Strategic Meetings in Singapore

Singapore/Pune, 11th March 2025: NAREDCO MAHI, the women’s wing of the National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO), marked a significant step in fostering global real estate collaboration during its recent study tour to Singapore. A high-level delegation led by Smita Patil, National President, NAREDCO MAHI, held a fruitful meeting with Dr. Shilpak Ambule, High Commissioner, High Commission of India, Singapore, at the Indian High Commission, Singapore.
The discussions centered around collaboration on skilling, knowledge-sharing sessions, and study visits between India and Singapore. By facilitating the exchange of technological expertise and best practices, this initiative aims to enhance the efficiency, sustainability, and overall growth of the real estate industry in both nations. This collaboration is expected to benefit professionals, developers, and industry stakeholders by fostering a deeper understanding of global real estate advancements.
As part of the study tour, the NAREDCO MAHI delegation also engaged with key Singaporean organizations, including the Building & Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore, World Green Building Council, Singapore Plumbing Association, AGC, Technal and Oncod. These meetings underscored NAREDCO MAHI’s commitment to global partnerships in areas such as technology adoption, sustainable development, and water conservation, aligning with its core initiatives like Shashwat Nirman and Nirmal Jal Prayas.
