Narendra Sopal Memorial Inter club tennis championships from October 7
Pune, October 6, 2022: Over 192 players from 24 club teams from Pune and PCMC have confirmed their entries for the Narendra Sopal Memorial Inter club tennis championships that will be organized by the Capovitez Pvt Ltd, Manegrow and Tower Transmission and under the aegis of Pune District Tennis Association (PMDTA) on the MSLTA Tennis courts, Mhalunge Balewadi from October 7.
Mr Sameer Bhamare, Tournament Director said that the event is being held in the memory of the late Narendra Sopal. A tournament will offer a total prize money of Rs 75000 the winning team will get a Rs.50,000 and a trophy, Runners up Rs 25000 .
Maharashtra Mandal 1, Aces United, Tennisnuts Panchayat 2, Forest Hunters, Team FC, Lord of the strings, Teerth Towers, TFL(Free Radicals), Tennisnuts Panchayat 1, Palm Challengers, PCLTA 2, Golden Boys, MWTA, Team Metrocity, Mudhoji Club 2, Team Balewadi, PCLTA 1 Maharashtra Mandal 2, Rogers Rangers, Mont Vert, PYC, ODMT, Mudhoji Club 1, Forehand Slammers will be seen action in this event informed Mr. Sameer Bhamare.
The event will be held on a league cum knock out basis. The tournament will be inaugurated at the hands of Mr.Ankush Shinde(IPS), Police Commissioner of PCMC.
