भोपाल : The state government is concerned about future of students. Soon, a new scheme will be launched to promote talented students in state’s education sector. Its benefit will be given to students of all sections. This was stated by Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan while addressing district level Antyodaya Mela at Koteshwar centre of pilgrimage in Badnawar tahasil of Dhar district today. He also announced to open ITI at Badnawar and colleges at Bidwal and Kanwan in Badnawar tahasil.

The Chief Minister that said that if possible, water of Narmada will be supplied in Badnawar tahasil. The Chief Minister announced construction of 18 km long road between Gardawad and Kherod. He said that on the lines of milk route, fruits and vegetables routes will also be developed through which fruits and vegetables will be transported to food processing units. The Chief Minister said that the state government is considering to convert temporary electricity connections to permanent in next 3 years.

MP Smt. Savitri Thakur and MLA Shri Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat also spoke on the occasion. At Antyodaya Mela, benefits worth Rs. 53 crore were distributed to 27 thousand 638 beneficiaries. Foundation stones of 15 construction works costing Rs. 89 crore were laid and 17 works costing Rs. 6 crore 20 lakh were dedicated.

Zila Panchayat President Smt. Malti Mohan Patel, MLAs Smt. Ranjana Baghel, Smt. Nina Vikram Verma, Sarvshri Kalu Singh Thakur and Shri Vel Singh Bhuria were present on the occasion.
