New Yamaha R3, MT 03 To Be Launched In December: Know Price And Features Here

Pune, November 13, 2023 – Yamaha MotorCorp India markets the sport bike and naked bike segments in India, which include one bike superior to the other. However, Yamaha was lacking a powerful bike in that segment. To accomplish this void, Yamaha is once again launching sports bikes like Yamaha R3, MT 03 in India in December this year.

It has been reported that Yamaha has sent a document to its dealers. According to which Yamaha is planning to make this bike available only through selected dealers. Dealers will have to fulfill specific criteria in order to display, sell, and service Yamaha R3, MT 03. Yamaha is planning to launch this bike in the middle of December.

Talking about the price of Yamaha R3, MT 03, it can be launched between the expected price of Rs 3.50 lakh to Rs 4 lakh. It is likely to be launched in India in mid-December 2023. It will compete with KTM RC 390 and BMW G310 RR with its 321 cc powerful engine.

Apart from this, the company is planning to take bookings of this bike only through the official website. Once the booking is received, your bike Yamaha R3, MT 03 will be dispatched to the dealers from where the booking is received. However, the list of dealers has not been revealed yet. But it is expected that the list will be revealed before the end of this month.

There are not many changes in the design of Yamaha R3. It appears to be similar to the first model. This includes faster and more airflow and an aggressive-looking split headlamp and air intake. It gets an aggressive design like a split-style seat, a muscular fuel tank with flower firing, and a small tail area.

Talking about the features of Yamaha R3, it includes a fully digital instrument cluster and LED lighting for the headlamp and tail lamp. Among its other features, you are likely to get modern features like smartphone connectivity, Bluetooth connectivity, call alerts, SMS alerts, email notifications, and a smart assist navigation system.

The 2023 Yamaha R3 has a more powerful engine than before. It includes a 321 cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine, which generates a maximum power of 40.4 bhp and peak torque of 29.4 Nm. It will be paired with a 6-speed gearbox. It will even have the benefit of a mechanism like assist clutch.

The bike will be handled by upside-down forks at the front and a mono-shock at the rear to perform the hardware and suspension functions of the Yamaha R3. Disc brakes have been added at both ends to perform its braking functions. Talking about its safety features, you are likely to get features like dual-channel ABS, an anti-locking braking system, and traction control.
